I’m an entrepreneur, executive coach, and business advisor. I’ve built and led companies, worked alongside leaders at pivotal moments, and learned that progress starts when people are willing to take the next step.
I co-founded Pest Authority and helped grow Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority to nearly 200 franchisees. Authority Franchise Systems, the parent organization, was eventually sold in a controlling transaction to Susquehanna Private Capital.
I also served as chairman and a stakeholder at ProPricer, a premier proposal-pricing platform serving the aerospace and defense industries. Its founder brought me in to help engineer a successful sale; ProPricer was acquired by Deltek, a Roper Technologies company, in a $79.5 million transaction announced in January 2024.
That experience informs my work today: practical guidance for leaders navigating AI and personal encouragement for people beginning something new.
